1. Who we are

Radius is a software product operated from Bengaluru, India. When we say "we", "us" or "Radius", we mean the legal entity that operates this product. When we say "you" we mean the restaurant owner, manager or staff member who signs into Radius.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for every action taken under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@radius.example if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and trials

New restaurants receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, you may continue on the free plan (subject to its limits) or upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use Radius only for lawful purposes and only to operate a restaurant, café, bar or similar food-service business you have the right to operate. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use Radius to send unsolicited messages to your customers.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into Radius — your menu, your orders, your customers, your stock movements. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor under applicable law. You can download a complete copy of your data at any time from /app/settings/export.

6. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance. If the service is materially unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during a paid billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit by emailing hello@radius.example within 30 days.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from /app/settings/billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you retain export access to your data for 90 days, after which we may delete it.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to Radius is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
